  1. The focus is on Personas concerning goal-setting and planning.

  2. We explore project goals from the perspective of ownership

    • Project Manager ⟺ Product Manager and so we introduce

  3. Definition: a meta-process framework (flowchart) to understand the ABCD.

  • This helps mark the distinction between communicating wants and needs.

  • Re-organising the ABCD construct to reflect this.

  • Observation: the dichotomy between Engineer and Project Manager highlights <Persona> journeys are unique to the persona, given a difference in outlook and approach to a destination.
